This was my initial experience booking through ExploreTrip, and I was a bit anxious after reading various reviews. But when I arranged my trip, their customer service responded super fast to my questions about confirming my ticket with the airline. I've had some rough patches with that before on other sites. Unfortunately, because of the Coronavirus, we had to cancel our plans. I was on hold for a while, but hey, that’s totally understandable given the massive number of cancellations happening. Being on hold was way better than the busy signal I got from China Eastern Airlines. My boyfriend managed to reach them on his first attempt a week before everything went haywire. Eventually, I got Roney on the line, and he was great—he helped us secure a full refund for our flights, no hassle at all. I was really concerned that I’d lose my money based on what I’d read, but ExploreTrip came through and refunded us. Overall, I’m pleased with how things turned out and would think about booking again for my future travels.

I messed up my booking today, but Ricky and Chris jumped right in to help me out. They reached out to me within an hour, both by phone and email, to sort things out. Their speedy reply gives me a lot of confidence in using this company again down the line. Big thanks for the fantastic support!
